Instructions:

To verify the credentials of a CMP™, send an email to assist@cmpboard.org

In the “Subject” box type: VERIFY.

In the “Message” box type the name and location of the Medicaid Planner you wish to verify.

Once you submit your request, the CMP™ staff will verify the status of the Medicaid Planner on the next business day after the request is submitted.
